Vivo V25 Series expected to launch soon, specifications leaked

Vivo is reportedly getting ready to launch the V-series smartphones in the market. The company has already launched the V23 series at the beginning of 2022. The V23 series included V23e 5G, V23, and V23 Pro. Vivo is reportedly preparing for the launch of the V25 series and the series will include at least two smartphones. 

According to the publication Tech Yorker, Vivo will launch the V25 and V25 Pro smartphones very soon in India. The report has also revealed the launch timeframe and specifications of the next-generation V-series devices.

The V25 Pro will reportedly sport a 6.56” AMOLED screen with Full HD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. MediaTek’s Dimensity 8100 SoC will be powering the V25 Pro. The device will carry a triple camera mobile in the back. It will be led by the 50MP Sony IMX766V sensor; paired with a 12MP ultrawide sensor and a 2MP portrait sensor. At the front, there will be a 32MP camera for selfies and video calling under a punch-hole cutout.

According to the leak, three variants of the V25 Pro will be made available to the market. 8GB/128GB, 8GB/256GB, and 12GB/256GB. It will feature a 4,500 mAh battery with 80W fast charging support. This phone is likely to be a rebranded version of China’s Vivo S15 Pro.

The Vivo V25 will feature a 6.62” AMOLED FHD+ panel with a 90 Hz refresh rate. The screen will have a flat design. V25 will reportedly be powered by either a Snapdragon 778G or a MediaTek Dimensity 1200 SoC. 

The camera details of V25 are still unknown. But the device will reportedly feature a 16MP camera on the front. It will also carry a 4,500 mAh battery with 44W or 666W fast charging support.

According to the reports, the Vivo V25 series is expected to launch in July 2022 in India. The exact launch date isn’t known at the moment.
