The theme of the London launch was “Technology for People”, a tribute to its old boss NOKIA, and the aim was to create an equal ecosystem of data rights for users.
Firstly, the METAVERTU features a 144Hz AMOLED display and a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen1 at its core, making it one of the top performers in terms of performance.
The storage is the highlight of the device, with 18GB of running memory, along with 1TB of storage space, so users can use it as they wish.
On top of this, the METAVERTU also has up to 10,000GB (10TB) of distributed storage, which is its ‘big gun’ as a Web3 phone.
Other features include a multi-solution rear camera with IMX787 35mm humanities main camera + 9x optical telephoto camera and a large 4600mAh battery with high power fast charging support, which can be fully charged in 20 minutes.
METAVERTU also boasts ultra-advanced security with a built-in A5 security chip based on the SE+TEE architecture that meets the security specifications of top international financial institutions, as well as other ultra-security features such as anti-intrusion sensors and a restricted physical security perimeter inside the phone.
By combining this with proprietary software and hardware, METAVERTU has robust security and privacy features in a consumer device.
releasing that the Web 3.0 migration will not be completed overnight, METAVERTU features a simple one-touch switch that allows users to switch between Web 2.0 and Web 3.0 modes.
VERTU has developed a Web 3.0 operating system that includes one-click instant digital collection generation from the copyright camera, self-contained peer-to-peer privacy communications and a carefully curated series of DAPP applications. This dual system feature combines the everyday comfort and familiarity of Web 2.0 with the innovation of Web 3.0.
