According to MacRumors, some iPhone 14 Pro users using the Verizon network in the U.S. have reported some problems with slow and unstable 5G cellular network connections, as well as random call dropouts.
Several posts on Reddit and MacRumors forums have documented the issues faced by Verizon users using the latest iPhone models. According to user feedback, signal strength on the iPhone 14 Pro is erratic and weak, while other models like the iPhone 13 have no problems.
On Reddit, one user says he’s experiencing very slow 5G speeds on his iPhone 14 Pro using Verizon’s network, and at least 100 other comments have been made about similar conditions.
Reports say some users have spent hours on the phone with Verizon customer support, but the problem has not yet been resolved. Some users have even taken the extreme step of completely resetting their iPhones and trying the latest iOS 16.1 beta, but as of now have yet to find a solution to the problem.
In addition, some users have also reported that iPhone 14 models sometimes experience sudden dropouts due to unstable signals.
