VAIO has now launched in China equipped with 13-generation Core processor S13 products, which are expected to be listed in mid-September when the new device will be announced in the country line pricing.
The VAIO S13 laptops are available in six models with i5-1334U and i7-1355U processors, 16 GB of RAM onboard, 512GB/1TB SSD options, and two colour schemes.
It features a 13.3-inch 16:10 widescreen with FHD+ (1920×1200) resolution, 180° pivot flip support, a large battery and a standard full-size keyboard for 13 hours of battery life, is about 19.6mm thick and weighs about 1.08kg.
In terms of ports, the device offers HDMI, USB Type-C, USB 3.0 × 3, Micro SD, a stereo mini-jack (with support for a headset), and a traditional RJ45 network port with Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.1 support.
Elsewhere, it also comes with a 920,000-pixel infrared camera (supports Windows Hello face recognition technology with a privacy anti-snooping switch), intelligent noise reduction technology, and a two-in-one fingerprint power button.
