US news site Axios recently published the results of a poll on “America’s 100 Favorite Brands”, which showed that US consumers seem to prefer Samsung to Apple.

The company’s main focus is on the development of the new product.
It is found that Samsung swapped places with Japanese automaker Toyota, dropping one spot from last year to No. 7. The company scored 84.6 points in the products and services segment, ranking fifth.
Apple had a strong showing on the list, jumping 11 spots from last year to No. 10, but still trailing Samsung. Amazon maintained the same position as last year, ranking No. 8.
At No. 1 is high-end eco-friendly clothing brand Patagonia, which advanced two spots from last year. Costco, a warehouse membership discounter, soared 24 spots to No. 2, and No. 3 was John Deere, a machinery and equipment brand.
LG from South Korea, like Samsung, moved up 9 spots to No. 18 this year, while Japanese companies also performed strongly, with Sony (12), Honda (13) and Subaru (16) making the top 100, in addition to Toyota, which took the No. 6 spot from Samsung.
As for other companies, Adidas and BMW from Germany were ranked 22nd and 24th respectively, while Chinese social media platform TikTok was ranked 94th. Microsoft is at No. 15, Google at No. 35, Meta and Twitter at No. 96 and No. 97, and Tesla at No. 62.
