At today’s Huawei Cloud & Huawei Terminal Cloud Service Innovation Summit 2024, Huawei’s first batch of automotive industry partners GAC Trumpchi, Voyah Automobile, Leapmotor, and Kaiyi Automobile officially announced that they would join the HarmonyOS Ecosystem Cooperation, the two parties will start the development of HarmonyOS native applications based on HarmonyOS NEXT HarmonyOS Galaxy Edition.
In February this year, Voyah Automobile sold 3,182 vehicles, a year-on-year increase of 187%; cumulative sales from January to February were 10,223 vehicles, a year-on-year increase of 285%.
According to previous reports, at this month’s 2024 Voyah Ecological Partner Conference, Voyah said that it achieved seven consecutive sales increases in 2023, with annual sales exceeding 50,000 vehicles, becoming one of the three companies to achieve its sales target in 2023. First, in 2024, it will make every effort to hit the new target of annual sales of 100,000 vehicles.
Voyah Automobile will jointly launch the “Lanjing Plan” with JD.com to innovatively build an all-online user experience sales platform to provide users with the “ultimate online digital transaction experience” and facilitate full-link vehicle transactions.
In addition, Huawei also announced in January that it had formally signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Voyah. The two parties will jointly create the ultimate smart travel experience based on their respective strengths in their respective fields and around user needs. Through cooperative vehicle models, we will innovate and explore in multiple fields to accelerate the large-scale commercialization of intelligent technology.
