At the MediaTek Dimensity flagship chip new product launch conference this evening, the world’s first all-large-core mobile chip – MediaTek Dimensity 9300 was officially unveiled.
According to reports, Dimensity 9300 adopts 4 ultra-large cores + 4 large core architecture, TSMC’s new generation 4nm process, with 22.7 billion transistors, 1× 3.25GHz Cortex-X4 + 3× 2.85GHz Cortex-X4 + 4× 2.0GHz A720, 8MB Level 3 cache + 10MB system cache.
MediaTek said that compared with Dimensity 9200, the performance is improved by 15% under the same energy consumption, the multi-core peak performance is increased by 40%, and the energy consumption is reduced by 33% under the same performance.
