This week, G2 Club from League of Legends Europe announced the formation of its first women’s team, HEL.
HEL is a goddess in Norse mythology, the Queen of the Underworld, signifying death and mastering aging. It is reported that G2 club has previously established a women’s team Gozen in another eSports game “Valorant”.
Of course, back to the LOL game, the women’s team is not the first time, the most famous of the previous few then LCL Vaevictis Esports, can be played because of the 52:2 “humiliating results”, and eventually kicked out of the league because of the level of competition is worrying.
For the HEL team, the League of Legends official stressed that “the players are not fancy, per capita master king rank”. Several female players won the GIRLGAMER Esports Festival Women’s Gaming Carnival in July.
As far as we know, the five players are (below from left to right) Olivia “Lizia” Calistua (top lane), Agnė “Karina” Ivaškevičiūtė (fielding), Alena “TIFA” Maurer (middle), Maya “Caltys” Henckel (ADC) and?ve ” Colomblbl” Monvoisin (support).
In terms of absolute face value, mid-single TIFA is more outstanding, but the lady is also famous, her boyfriend is FNC coach YamatoCannon.
