Today, Tesla’s new Model Y appeared in the 376th batch of “Road Motor Vehicle Manufacturer and Product Announcements” issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, showing the specific parameters of the model.
The length, width and height of the car are 4750x1921x1624mm, and the wheelbase is 2890mm. The overall shape is basically the same as the original version. It is equipped with a lithium iron phosphate battery from the Sichuan era. The maximum power of the motor is 220 kW (the original version is 194kW), and the top speed is 217 km/h.
In addition, the car can be optionally equipped with radar, different styles of wheels, and front fog lights.
Tesla Model Y rear-wheel drive version starts at 263,900 CNY, Model Y long-range version starts at 299,900 CNY and Model Y high-performance version starts at 349,900 CNY.
According to Tesla’s official introduction, Model Y has added multi-color ambient lighting to the interior, and selected high-quality technical textile materials for the dashboard trim; updated 19-inch Gemini wheels in appearance; rear-wheel drive Compared with the previous model, the acceleration capability of the new model is increased by 1 second to 5.9 seconds. Tesla officials stated that the evolved Model Y is currently only sold in the mainland Chinese market.
It is noticed that sales data released by the Passenger Car Association showed that Tesla’s Shanghai Gigafactory delivered more than 74,000 vehicles in September, ranking first among luxury brand deliveries. Among them, Tesla Model Y delivered 53,249 vehicles, ranking first among luxury brand models.
