It said that this rendering combines clues from Walter Isaacson’s new book “The Biography of Elon Musk”. The book provides an “unprecedented” first-hand look at Tesla’s robotaxi, which will share its next-generation platform and production line with the $25,000 entry-level new car. In addition, the book also revealed that whether it is a robotaxi or an entry-level new car, they all adopt a futuristic design and are inspired by the Cybertruck.

According to the book, one afternoon in February this year, prototypes of the Robotaxi and entry-level new cars were unveiled for the first time at a design review meeting. Musk “likes these designs very much” and said bluntly that “when one of these cars flashes on a street corner, people will think they are seeing a creation from the future.”

Motor1 describes the vehicle in detail: It has similar lines to the Cybertruck, with a clean body and many straight, flat surfaces that will also help Tesla reduce production and assembly costs.

Tesla previewed the side view of its next-generation platform model at its shareholder meeting in the first half of this year. Musk also added that the car is not being “designed,” but is in the process of being “made.” In other words, we will soon see the production version of this model.

He said: that Tesla is developing two new models. The two new models will far surpass any products in the industry in terms of design and manufacturing technology. They will also be a big killer to bring Tesla to the next stage. It is expected that the two new models will The annual production capacity of this new model will exceed 5 million units.
