The Yoke steering wheel launched by Tesla has been widely complained about by car owners. After the first-generation “Version F” had peel and ageing problems, the new “Version H” has solved the peeling problem. But then there was the “Tesla Worm” problem.
Users reported that after using the “Version H” version of the Yoke steering wheel, a worm-like curve appeared between the “L” and “A” letters, which affected the driving experience.
Social Media found that many Tesla owners had reported the same problem, and the curves all appeared in the same position, so the owners speculated that the deformation was related to the cut in the airbag.
A car owner contacted Tesla’s after-sales service, and the reply was that the problem was acknowledged, but at this stage it would not be resolved by replacing the Yoke steering wheel.
