According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, by far the largest number of recalls in the U.S. this year is Ford, which has conducted 63 recalls involving 8.08 million vehicles, more than twice as many as Tesla, both in terms of the number of recalls and the number of vehicles recalled.
