Tesla officially announced the opening of Canada’s largest super charging station, located on top of a parking lot in British Columbia.
It is understood that the charging station is equipped with 40 V3 charging piles and is located at 4660 Garden City Road. It is the third Supercharger station in Richmond. The Tesla charging map shows that the price of this charging station is 0.22 Canadian dollars /kWh, and there are no peak or off-peak hours.
Richmond is also understood to have a Supercharger station with eight V3 chargers, as well as a Supercharger station with 20 V2 chargers.
Tesla has previously launched several larger Supercharger stations in the U.S., including a project under construction in Barstow, Calif., a station in Harris Ranch, Calif., and a handful of other out-of-state stations.
