Tesla Model X Plaid vs. Rivian R1S in real-world testing

The company’s main business is to provide a wide range of products and services, including the Tesla Model X Plaid and the Rivian R1S. The company has 400,000 fans and the foreign tube channel Edmunds Cars recently compared the two models.

The current starting price of the Tesla Model X in the United States is $127,500 (about 912,000 CNY), while the starting price of the R1S is $92,000 (about 661,000 CNY). The interior space of both models is very spacious, and the channel has a comprehensive comparison review of the two models.

The channel’s anchor Ryan ZumMallen carefully compared the interior, practicality and trunk storage space of the two SUVs, and conducted actual measurements on roads and tracks (no drift tests were performed).

From the overall test results, Rivian R1S may be a better choice. Whether it’s third-row passenger space or vehicle storage space, Rivian clearly outperforms Tesla. There’s no question the four-motor, multi-tuned R1S will give you a superior off-road experience, too, and it’s almost $50,000 less expensive.

Tesla Model S Plaid is faster, more efficient, more user-friendly in-vehicle systems and a better driving experience. According to ZumMallen, it’s the better vehicle out there, but the price premium compared to the R1S is its biggest downside.
