Tesla’s official website shows that Tesla has launched the new Model X standard range version and the new Model S standard range version in the United States. The prices of these two new cars are 10,000 lower than the long range version. US dollars, but the battery life is also reduced accordingly.
The Standard Range Model S accelerates from 0 to 60 miles per hour (96.6 kilometers per hour) in 3.7 seconds and has a range of 298-320 miles (479-515 kilometers). In contrast, the long-endurance version of the zero-hundred acceleration is 0.6 seconds faster, and the cruising range is as high as 375-405 miles (approximately 603.5-651.8 kilometers). The starting price of the Model S standard battery life version is 78,490 US dollars.
The Model X Standard Range version needs 4.4 seconds to accelerate from 0 to 60 miles per hour, and the cruising range is 255-269 miles (approximately 410-433 kilometers), while the long-range version has a cruising range of up to 330-348 miles (approximately 531.1 -560.3 km), and can accelerate to 60 mph in 3.8 seconds. The starting price of the Model X Standard Endurance Edition is $88,490.
Tesla delivered a total of 466,140 vehicles in the second quarter, with the Model 3 and Y accounting for most of them. Tesla delivered 19,225 Model S/Xs in the second quarter, out of production of 19,489.
