According to foreign technology media Electrek, in the latest aerial video of Tesla’s Texas super factory, a scene of Tesla employees testing the wipers of Cybertruck pickup trucks was captured.
It is learned from the aerial video that the Cybertruck wiper is only equipped with 1 wiper, which can cover most of the windshield area, including the area in front of the co-pilot.
The video also shows several tripods placed around the Cybertruck, one above the wind tunnel and one to the side. It’s unclear if the tripod also holds a camera.
The original design of the 2019 Cybertruck didn’t even have windshield wipers. Tesla then, at the behest of owners, experimented with a smaller blade-style windshield wiper that could extend and retract.
