The Peterson Automotive Museum will hold its annual event on October 7 from 6 pm to 10 pm. Tickets are US$1,750 per person. Prices start at US$17,500 per person. The museum’s official website states that automotive legend Jay Leno will host the event.
The whistleblower Greggertruck revealed that a Tesla 2024 Cybertruck electric pickup truck, one of the first mass-produced models, will be auctioned at the party.
Given the date of the 29th annual Peterson Gala, some users speculated that a Cybertruck delivery event in Austin might take place before the gala. Production of the car began in July at Tesla’s Gigafactory in Austin, Texas, and at the end of August it was reported that 100 units had been produced.
