Tesla Cybertruck appears at 50,000th Supercharger, with dealer license plate

According to news on September 19, the 50,000th super charging pile installed by Tesla last week welcomed a special user. The Cybertruck, an electric pickup truck that has not yet started delivery, appeared at this charging pile for charging.

In order to facilitate users’ use, Tesla, which is at the forefront of the industry in electric vehicles, has also built a huge charging network around the world, and the number of supercharging stations and charging piles is constantly increasing.

Last week, they reached 50,000 Superchargers. This Supercharger is installed at a Supercharger station in Roseville, California.

This iconic supercharging pile is painted in a special red colour, which is obviously different from the usual white main colour of Tesla Supercharging piles, supplemented by some red.

The Tesla Cybertruck charging at the 50,000th Supercharger was witnessed by local car fans, who took photos and shared them on social media and the Cybertruck Owners Club forum.

Since the Tesla Cybertruck is produced at their Gigafactory in Austin, Texas, the vehicle that appears at the 50,000th Supercharger also has Texas elements and has a Texas dealer’s license plate.

Tesla Cybertruck is scheduled to begin delivery later this year. It started production at the Texas Gigafactory in July. It has been seen in many places in the United States recently and is expected to undergo relevant testing before final delivery. Cybertruck is the first electric pickup truck launched by Tesla. It was released in November 2019. The number of reservations reached 250,000 in the first week of opening reservations. Calculated based on the starting price, Tesla Cybertruck’s order value has exceeded 80 billion U.S. dollars, and deposits have reached 200 million U.S. dollars.
