Tecno announced the Spark Go 2023 phone with entry-level specifications earlier this month, and now the smartphone is already available at some retail outlets in India, priced at INR 6,999 ( Currently about 582 RMB).
The Tecno Spark Go 2023 is a slight upgrade over its 2022 counterpart. Using MediaTek Helio A22 chip, with 3GB+32GB, 4GB+64GB storage, currently, only the 3GB+32GB version is on sale.
Although there is Go in the name, its biggest improvement is to skip the Android Go platform and carry the HiOS 12 system based on Android 12. The machine is equipped with a 6.5-inch LCD screen with a resolution of 720p.
The machine has a battery capacity of 5000 mAh and supports 10W charging through the USB-C port. According to Tecno India’s CEO, the main goal of the phone is to “bring great features to first-time smartphone users”.
