Tecno Phantom V Fold will be launched on April 11: equipped with Dimensity 9000+

Tecno’s first folding screen product, the Phantom V Fold, was officially released during MWC 2023. However, the new phone did not go on sale immediately after its release.

According to 91mobiles, Tecno Phantom V Fold will be the first to go on sale in India on April 11.

The phone is available in 12GB+256GB and 12GB+512GB versions, priced at 89,999 Indian rupees (currently about 7,533 CNY) and 99,999 Indian rupees (currently about 8,370 CNY), a limited-time discount during the first sale period, the starting price is 77777 Indian rupees (currently about 6510 CNY).

In terms of configuration, the Tecno Phantom V Fold is equipped with a 6.42-inch 120Hz LTPO AMOLED secondary display with a resolution of 1080×2550 pixels. Inside is a larger 7.85-inch 2000×2296 resolution folding screen with a 120Hz LTPO panel.

The Tecno Phantom V Fold has three rear cameras, including a 50MP main camera, a 50MP 2x zoom camera, and a 13MP ultra-wide-angle camera. It is equipped with a 32MP secondary screen selfie camera, and a 16MP selfie camera on the inner screen.

Tecno Phantom V Fold uses Dimensity 9000+ chip, which is based on TSMC’s 4nm process. It comes with a 5000mAh battery and 45W wired charging (no wireless charging). Tecno says the Phantom V Fold can charge 40% in 15 minutes and fully charge in 55 minutes.
