Tecno recently released its first folding screen product “Phantom V Fold”. According to TCL Huaxing news, the screen used in this phone is the first representative work under the cooperation between the two sides.
In terms of parameters, Tecno Phantom V Fold comes with a 6.42-inch 120Hz LTPO AMOLED sub-display with 1080×2550 pixel resolution, and inside is a larger 7.85-inch 2000×2296 resolution folding screen with 120Hz LTPO panel.
TCL Huaxing said that PHANTOM V Fold is equipped with LTPO low frequency and low power consumption display technology developed by TCL Huaxing to achieve a more powerful endurance experience, more extreme performance leap and more effective eye protection. This is not only the first mass-produced LTPO product of TCL Huaxing but also the pioneering work in screen development and mass production since TCL Huaxing and TECNO established a joint lab.
With TCL Huaxing LTPO adaptive dynamic refresh rate technology, both screens support 10-120Hz adaptive high refresh rate capability and can be dynamically and intelligently switched for different display screens. In addition, by using TCL Huaxing LTPO low-frequency low-power display technology, the screen can achieve both a high refresh rate display to enhance the smoothness of the whole machine, and a low refresh rate to reduce power consumption in some scenes, making the battery life more powerful.
