Tecno announced four Camon 20 series phones, including the Camon 20, Camon 20 Pro and Camon 20 Pro 5G, as well as a Camon 20 Premier 5G phone. the Camon 20, Camon 20 Pro and Camon 20 Pro 5G phones The Camon 20, Camon 20 Pro and Camon 20 Pro 5G have a similar design with an irregular diamond-shaped rear camera module and share a 6.67-inch 120Hz AMOLED display.
The Camon 20 Pro 5G phone is one of the first devices to be powered by MediaTek’s 6nm Dimensity 8050 chip (better known as the Dimensity 1300), the Camon 20 Pro with MediaTek’s 6nm Helio G99 chip and the Camon 20 standard version with MediaTek’s 12nm Helio G85 chip, both with 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage.
All three Camon 20 series phones have a 64 MP main camera and 2 MP macro camera. the Pro 5G model has OIS support for the main lens and a 2 MP depth camera; all feature a 32 MP selfie camera, and the Camon 20 Pro and Pro 5G support on-screen fingerprint recognition, while the Camon 20 uses side fingerprint recognition.
The three Camon 20 series phones come pre-installed with HIOS 13 running on Android 13, IP53 dust and water resistance, a built-in 5000mAh battery and 33W charging support.
The Camon 20 is available in Dawn Black, Serenity Blue and Glacier Glow colorways, while the Camon 20 Pro and 20 Pro 5G are available in Serenity Blue and Sky Black colors. Tecno confirmed that the Camon 20 Pro 5G will retail for $300 (currently about RMB 2076)
The Camon 20 series will be available in Africa, Latin America, the Middle East, Southeast Asia and South Asia.
