TCL releases Moveaudio S600 Neo wireless earbuds: With 40 hours of battery life

TCL entered the TWS earbuds space with its Moveaudio series, releasing the S600 earbuds in 2021. Now TCL has introduced wireless earbuds with active noise cancellation (ANC).

TCL Moveaudio Neo features ANC for listening to music and ambient noise cancellation for voice calls. ANC reduces noise by up to 28dB, and pass-through mode is also available when users really need to hear their surroundings.

The Moveaudio Neo wireless earbuds support Google’s Fast Pair, so pairing with the latest Android phones is as simple as opening the charging case and tapping the on-screen pairing button.

The earbuds feature 10mm drivers and touch controls, as well as four equalizer modes. Each earbud weighs 4.5 grams and is IP54-rated, so rain and dirt are not a problem. The charging case weighs 41 grams. The earbuds does not support high-quality audio codecs.

The earbuds can last up to 7 hours of continuous playback, for a total of 40 hours of playback time including the charging case. Charging is done via USB-C and is very fast, with 10 minutes of charging supporting 100 minutes of playback.

TCL Moveaudio Neo wireless earbuds are priced at $50 (currently about 346 RMB). This compares to the previous S600, which cost $100 (currently about 691 RMB), and the S180 (with ANC support), which cost $80 (currently about 553 RMB), but the latter only has 30 hours of playback time and does not support the fast pairing.
