The April 1-3, 2023 International Conference on Display Technology (ICDT2023) was held at Nanjing International Exhibition Center, TCL Huaxing this conference showcased several cutting-edge products, summary is as follows:
- 55-inch UD 240Hz R1000 Super Curvature Gaming MNT

The 55-inch UD 240Hz R1000 Super Curvature Gaming MNT
This is a 55-inch MLED curved gaming MNT, using R1000 super curvature LCD with 55-inch MLED backlight; unique intelligent dual-screen design, the main screen display screen, but also flip the secondary screen as a voice assistant and other display interactive platform; the product screen backlight using more than 2W LEDs can achieve 105% NTSC colour gamut coverage, brightness 1000nits, uniformity over 90%.
- The world’s first 65-inch 8K printed OLED display

The world’s first 65-inch 8K printed OLED display
According to TCL Huaxing, this is the world’s largest OLED product with the highest size, resolution and refresh rate developed based on inkjet printing technology to date. The screen adopts IGZO TFT backplane process, 120Hz drive system, ultra-high precision inkjet printing technology and 33 million ultra-high pixels; the new ink material increases the screen viewing angle to 135°, DCI-P3 colour gamut to more than 99%, with a million-level contrast ratio.
- The world’s first 65-inch 8K printed OLED display

The world’s highest PPI realRGB LCD VR display module
This VR display module achieves a resolution of 2.5k for one eye and 5k for two eyes, with a PPI of 1700, the highest PPI realRGB LCD released in the world, which effectively eliminates the screen effect.
The module has the advantages of a large opening, high penetration, high contrast ratio and high colour gamut while achieving extremely narrow pixel design; in addition, the module adopts fast response liquid crystal with cell design adjustment and driver adjustment, plus high refresh frequency, which can greatly improve the dynamic blur problem and reduce the vertigo problem of VR headset.
TCL Huaxing Vice President and General Manager of Display Technology Innovation Center Zhang Xin said: TCL Huaxing has already produced a series of large and medium-sized rigid and flexible printed OLED prototypes, and will continue to develop technology for printed OLED products to accelerate the productization process of the technology.
