The main contents of the updates are as follows:

     1. Performance mode on Xbox Series X|S and PS5 platforms has been "completely redesigned", and this update will greatly improve the player experience. A large number of GPU and CPU optimizations have been carried out in performance mode, and ray tracing has been cancelled, resulting in a stable 60-frame gaming experience (note: host cutscenes are still locked at 30 frames in performance mode, and ray tracing is only enabled in image quality mode).

     2. The image quality mode on Xbox Series X|S and PS5 platforms has also been optimized to reduce frame rate fluctuations while introducing detailed visual improvements.

     3. The PS5 platform adds VRR variable refresh rate support.

     4. The PC platform has made additional performance and optimization improvements, and added DLSS support.

     5. Adjusted the game archive system to prevent archive corruption, and fixed the problem of players being unable to retrieve experience after death under certain circumstances.

     6. Various bug fixes and improvements across all platforms, including fixes for costume, lighting and UI issues, as well as some crash fixes.

“Star Wars Jedi: Survivors” is currently available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and PC platforms. The standard version is priced at 298 CNY on Steam.

It was previously reported that EA CEO Andrew Wilson claimed that the “Star Wars Jedi: Survivors” game will also be launched on Sony PlayStation 4 and Xbox One platforms, but no specific launch time was announced.

In a statement released yesterday, developer Respawn Entertainment said the delay was “to achieve the level of polish our fans deserve.” Poured into Star Wars Jedi: Survivor, we are proud to say that the next chapter of Cal Kestis’ story is complete.”

The statement also said, “We are now fully focused on the final phase: fixing bugs to improve performance, stability, and most importantly, the player experience. Star Wars Jedi: Survivors is a direct response to feedback from our community, offering Expansive destinations to explore, evolutionary combat and traversal, and of course a continuation of Cal and BD’s story.”

The statement added: “In order to bring the team up to Respawn’s quality standards, to give the team the time they need, and the level of polish our fans deserve, we pushed out the launch timeline by six critical weeks – Star Wars Jedi : Survivor will now launch globally on April 28.”

The “Star Wars Jedi: Survivor” is an adventure action game produced by Respawn Studio and released by EA. /S series and PC, older generation consoles are not supported. In December 2022, “Star Wars Jedi: Survivor” will be pre-ordered on the Steam platform. The standard version in the country is 298 CNY, and the deluxe version is 418 CNY.
