Most iPhone users have more or less received various advertising messages sent through the “Family” App, these spam ads through the family invitation function is tiresome, but there has been no easy and convenient way to deal with it. Today, Apple support has brought good news, in the latest iOS 15.6 version, we can finally say goodbye to the “spam invitations” from the Family App.

Nearly 300 “I have this problem too” speaks volumes

In the new version, users will be able to directly delete unknown invitations received by the Family App and also send them to Apple to report them as spam.

And if users accidentally accept these unknown family invitations, they will also be able to directly opt out of Family to remove it from their family list.

However, according to user feedback, the Family App is not the only one that is used as a tool to send spam ads, the Find App has also become a “staging ground” for ads and often pops up various spam messages.

However, Apple has not yet officially given a solution to deal with the problem of ad flooding encountered by other apps.
