Today, Shenzhou XIV astronaut crew stationed in the Chinese space station for two months, the three astronauts are in good shape, is around the sky experiment module ring control life protection system to establish and out of the cabin activities to carry out the work.

According to CCTV, the “busiest space trio” today spent 5 and a half hours organizing supplies, during which they also completed the extravehicular space suit battery testing and activity recording device settings. In the next few days, the three astronauts will work around the establishment and testing of the environmental control and health care system of the Asking Space Module.

According to reports, China’s space station’s experimental module to ask the sky now basically meet the occupancy conditions, Cai Xuzhe has been living in the new sleep module for a period of time. In addition to the work, they have to complete 80 minutes of physical training every day.

On June 5, 2022 at 10:44 Beijing time, the Shenzhou XIV manned spacecraft carrying the Long March II F remote fourteen launch vehicle ignited at the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center and launched, about 577 seconds later, the Shenzhou XIV manned spacecraft and rocket successfully separated and entered the scheduled orbit, the flight crew was in good condition and the launch was a complete success. Chen Dong, Liu Yang and Cai Xuzhe, the three astronauts, began a six-month mission from then on.

On June 6, the Shenzhou XIV astronaut crew that had been stationed in the space station and the core module successfully opened the door of the cargo module of Tianzhou IV, and after completing environmental testing and other preparatory work, entered the Tianzhou IV cargo spacecraft at 12:19.

At 14:22 Beijing time on July 24, 2022, the Long March 5B remote 3 launch vehicle carrying the Qiantang Experiment Module (QEM) was launched on time at China’s Wenchang Spaceport, and about 495 seconds later, the QEM was successfully separated from the rocket and entered the scheduled orbit, making the launch a complete success.

After entering the orbit, the Qtian Experiment Module successfully completed the state setting and successfully docked at the forward port of the core module at 3:13 on July 25, the whole rendezvous and docking process took about 13 hours. This is China’s two 20-ton spacecraft in orbit for the first time to achieve rendezvous and docking, but also the space station has astronauts in orbit during the first space rendezvous and docking.

The Shenzhou XIV astronaut crew successfully opened the door of the Experiment Module at 10:03 on July 25, 2022, and entered the Experiment Module smoothly. The China Manned Space Engineering Office said that this was the first time that Chinese astronauts entered the scientific experiment module in orbit. Subsequently, will be carried out according to the plan of the combination of attitude fusion control, small mechanical arm crawl and small arm combination test and other in-orbit work, and the use of the airlock cabin and small mechanical arm astronauts out of the cabin activities.

According to the plan, Shenzhou XIV astronauts will be asked from the weather lock cabin to carry out exit activities. In order to complete the first exit mission, these two days, Shenzhou XIV crew, with the support of ground personnel, the small robotic arm installed outside the Asking Sky Experiment Module cabin in orbit testing.
