This means that even if a hacker attacks the Galaxy S22’s system, SafeCase can still disable the camera, microphone, and wireless. The Samsung One UI 5.1 update is now rolling out to the Galaxy S22, Galaxy S22 + and Galaxy S22 Ultra in Europe with firmware version S90xBXXU3CWAI, bringing a number of useful features and UI improvements. The update is currently available in Germany, but other European countries/regions may get the update in the coming days.

Users have discussed that Samsung Foundry’s manufacturing process is not up to standard, resulting in the inability to properly dissipate heat from the SoC, and the user experience is subject to these issues. However, the Galaxy S22 sold in some countries such as India has not been affected by this issue, which is mainly found in the Exynos 2200 models.
