Microsoft Pluton provides hardware-based root of trust, security tokens, security attestation, and cryptographic services. Pluton technology is a combination of a security subsystem (a part of a system on a chip (SoC) and Microsoft-authored software running on this integrated security subsystem).

Microsoft has not rolled out support for the Pluton chip through Windows Update. Eligible users can contact Razer Support to download the update, Microsoft said.
