At present, Google Play games including “Forever Infinite +”, “Fantasy Westward Journey Web Edition”, “Yin Yang Shi: Bai Wen Shi”, “Dawn of the Dead Hand”, “Ace Racing”, “Harry Potter: The Magic Awakens”, “Lord of the Rings: War”, “Endless Lagrange” and other games have come under this brand.

In an interview with Gamerbraves, a NetEase spokesperson confirmed the existence of Exptional Global and said, “In the future, players will be able to find content on EXPTIONAL PTE’s Google Play. We hope this new storefront will appeal to all fans and continue to provide players with the quality games they expect.”

Its been has found little to no public information about Exptional Global, and even NetEase’s investor relations portal does not mention Exptional, the only evidence that it does exist on the Google Play store.

The only information we can find about Exptional Global so far seems to come from AppBrain, which lists Exptional as a Singapore-based company, but it’s unclear where they got that information.

NetEase also confirmed that more games will follow in the overseas channel under the new Exptional Global brand. NetEase also confirmed that this is a gradual rollout process, but did not directly confirm whether this means that all NetEase games will be moved to Exptional Global.

Of course, it is actually quite common for the same company to launch multiple brands in overseas markets, for example, Activision Blizzard has three subsidiaries under Activision, Blizzard and KING as the main publishing brands; Tencent launched its global publishing brand Level Infinite in 2021 and set up headquarters in Amsterdam and Singapore; MihaYu officially launched a new forward-looking brand in February last year In April last year, Lilith announced the official launch of its new global game publishing brand Farlight Games, which is headquartered in Singapore. Lilith says the brand will support and service its global game distribution.
