The new Yoga Slim 7 features a 14.5-inch 2944×1840 OLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate, 400 nits brightness, and 100% DCI-P3 color gamut.

In terms of configuration, the notebook is powered by a Rex processor, but no model number was announced, so given that the notebook won’t be available until August this year, it could be one of the “small and large core” models being developed by AMD.

Other than that, the notebook comes with an optional 32GB of LPDDR5X memory and 1TB SSD, six speakers, a 70Wh battery, two USB4 ports, a thickness of 13.9 mm and a weight of 1.35kg.

Lenovo has two new laptop entries into the Yoga Slim 7 Pro line, these devices are slightly different in specs but have more obvious differences in size. The two laptops in question are the Slim 7 Pro 14-inch and 16-inch. Each laptop comes loaded with two processor options, the first being Intel and the second being AMD Ryzen.

Lenovo Yoga Slim 7 Pro 14-inch

The 14-inch 2.8K OLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate Slim 7 Pro entry has variants from two processor brands but over six various chips used. The AMD version has a total of three-chip variants; R5 6600HS, R7 6800HS and R9 6900HS. Backing up this processor power is an optional 16GB LPDDR5-6400, and the SSD is an optional 1TB. The Intel variant of the 14-inch laptop comes with two different chip series from the company, the 28W P series and the 45W H series.

Lenovo Yoga Slim 7 Pro 16-inch

The 16-inch Yoga Slim 7 Pro uses a 2K screen with support for a 165Hz refresh rate, which is ideal for gaming. This laptop also comes with a few AMD processor variants as well as Intel processors. On the side of AMD, it uses the Ryzen 5 6600HS, and Ryzen 7 6800HS. The intel variant of the laptop uses the i5-12500H and i7-12700H processors. The RAM and storage of the 16-inch entry are 16GB LPDDR5-6400, and the SSD is 1TB.

These laptops are both very powerful machines targeted at different users. Not everyone is comfortable with a massive 16-inch screen, so for these kinds of people, the 14-inch Yoga laptop is the way to go. The same thing applies to the 14-inch laptop, this size might be too small for some people, so they’d opt for the 16-inch laptop. Pricing of the two laptops will start at 6983 yuan for the 14-inch model and 10,500 yuan for the 16-inch model.
