Lenovo released the new Legion Pro 7 and Legion Pro 5 gaming laptops overseas today, equipped with AMD’s newly released Ryzen 7000HX series processors, and the graphics card is RTX 40 series.

According to NoteBookCheck, there are very few differences between this year’s Legion Pro 7 and the Lenovo Legion Pro 5, both configurable with 16-inch 2,560 x 1,600 240 Hz IPS panels, peak brightness of 500 nits, 3 ms response time, and VESA DisplayHDR400 / X-Rite Pantone / Nvidia G-Sync / AMD FreeSync certified. The Legion Pro 5 model is also available with a 165 Hz refresh rate version.

In terms of configuration, the new Legion Pro 7 is equipped with the AMD R9 7945HX flagship processor, while the Legion Pro 5 is available with lower-spec models such as the R9 7845HX, R7 7745HX and R5 7645HX. In terms of graphics cards, Lenovo said that this series of laptops will have an optional RTX 40 GPU, and the specific model was not mentioned.

In other respects, the Legion Pro 7 can be configured with up to 32 GB of 6,000 MT / s factory overclocked DDR5 memory, the Legion Pro 5 is an unoverclocked 5,600 MT / s version of the memory, and the SSD is available in a 2 TB NVMe model. Interfaces include a full-featured USB-C port that supports 140W of power delivery, along with three USB Type-A ports, an HDMI 2.1 port, and an RJ45 Ethernet jack. The Legion Pro 7 has a battery capacity of up to 99.9 Wh, compared to 80 Wh for the Legion Pro 5.

The Legion Pro 7 starts at 2,699 euros (about 19,595 CNY), and the Legion Pro 5 starts at $1,459.99 (about 10,045 CNY), and the series of laptops will be available in April.
