JBL Professional COL series slim column speakers are now released, with a total of 4 versions, suitable for various application scenarios such as meeting rooms, lecture halls, retail stores, lobbies, and transportation centers.

The speaker has a built-in 10° downward slant design, which can achieve better sound coverage without slanting installation. The woofer is located at the lower part of the columnar box, and the tweeter unit is located at the top of the array, which can provide greater sound coverage and listening space; Multi-tap transformers with 70/100V distributed speaker lines can be switched to 8Ω straight-through to work, adapting to various high-performance audio needs.

The new product comes with a wall-mountable L-bracket and a slim (horizontally) swivel/tilt wall bracket, supporting IP54 protection, a grille with rain protection, and a protective cover for the input terminals.

The speaker has a frequency range of 70/85Hz-20kHz, a frequency response of 105/125Hz-20/18kHz, a sensitivity of 86/88dB, and a coverage range of 110°/60° vertically and 10° downward (providing +45°/-65° coverage), horizontal direction 160°.

JBL will launch new Tune Buds and Tune Beam TWS headphones in India, and the new product promotion page can be viewed on the JBL India official website.

Both earphones use the same hardware configuration but are designed with or without earphone handles in appearance.

Regarding hardware configuration, both JBL Tune Buds and JBL BeamTWS headsets are equipped with Bluetooth 5.3 and LE audio technology, which supports active noise reduction; the headset is equipped with 4 microphones and supports IPX5 waterproof and dustproof.

In terms of battery life, the headset can be used for 8 hours at a time, and the battery life can be extended to 40 hours with the charging box.

When using the two new headphones, users can adjust the parameters of the headphones through the App on the phone, including ambient mode, equalizer settings, and more.

At present, JBL has not announced the price of the two new earphones. Still, judging from the publicity map of JBL India’s official website, the price of the new earphones will be above 5,000 Indian rupees (currently about RMB 430).

JBL today released four Quantum series headphones, including a TWS headset and three headphones.

JBL Quantum TWS Air
The headset supports JBL Quantum SURROUND and dual-device connectivity, allowing users to connect to both PC and cell phones via an ultra-low latency adapter for a wireless gaming experience.

JBL Quantum TWS Air is equipped with 6.8mm drivers, equipped with four microphones, monaural life of 8 hours, a total life of 24 hours.

The JBL Quantum TWS Air black model will be available on JBL.com in summer 2023 for $99.95 (currently about RMB 691).

JBL Quantum 910X and JBL Quantum 910P

JBL launched a unique new truly wireless Bluetooth earbuds – JBL Tour Pro 2, its special feature is a display on the earbud box.

The JBL Tour Pro 2 claims to feature the “world’s first” smart charging case. The charging case features a 1.45-inch LED touchscreen display that can be used to manage music, customize the sound of the earbuds and answer calls, and users can even receive messages from their phones and social media notifications.

Featuring 10mm moving coil units, the earbuds also offer adaptive noise cancellation and an ambient sound mode that allows you to hear the world around you at the push of a button.

Users can also use JBL’s Personi-fi 2.0 to provide spatial audio support and a customizable sound experience. The earbud features a six-microphone combo that allows for clear voice calls. The earbud has a total playtime of 40 hours, with 10 hours of playtime on the earbud itself and another 30 hours from the charging case.

In addition, the JBL Tour Pro 2 is equipped with the latest Bluetooth 5.3 connectivity and supports LE audio.

The JBL Tour Pro 2 will be available in January 2023 for 249 euros (about $1718.1) in black and champagne.

JBL also announced the Tour One M2 headset. JBL says the Tour One M2 offers “the best hybrid adaptive active noise cancellation ever” with JBL Pro-tuned dynamic drivers in a 40mm size. The Tour One M2 will actively adjust noise cancellation in real-time to the user’s surroundings, providing the best possible sound regardless of the environment.

In addition, the headset offers built-in voice recognition, which stops the music when the user starts to speak. The headset provides up to 50 hours of playtime and 30 hours with active noise cancellation. In addition, the headset charges in 10 minutes for 5 hours of playtime and weighs 268 grams.

The JBL Tour One M2 will also be available in January 2023 for 299 euros (about 2063.1 yuan).
