Who is easier to use, Android or iOS? I am afraid that for different people, the answer will be different. However, Greensmartphones is trying to use search engines to come up with a definitive answer. The method is to summarize the search volume of common tasks such as screenshots, screen recording, blacklisting, and code scanning on iPhone and Android in the past 12 months. If the search volume is large, it proves that it is not user-friendly, or the function is not intuitive.

It was found that Android was 58% more usable than iOS.

It is reported that among all the 12 common tasks included in the investigation, 10 of Android are more intuitive and easier to use than iOS, and the latter only outperforms Android in the search volume of scanning codes and screenshots.

In the end, the monthly search volume of common tasks on iOS reached 358,000, while on Android it was 226,000, a gap of 58.41%.

Of course, this kind of statistic must have imperfect aspects, but it is still a reference to a certain extent.

Today I bring IT home partners a iOS limited free application, I hope it will help you.

Accurate tuner for all musical instruments – KeyTuner, original price $6 , no internal purchase, hundreds of people gave 4.9 points, suitable for children over 4 years old, belongs to the music category, all iOS 12 or above models can be used, including iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, support Simplified Chinese, English, and Japanese.

KeyTuner is an accurate and easy-to-use full-range chromatic tuner that takes full advantage of the visual design of the screen to provide users with clear feedback on tuning. A unified display of coarse and fine tuning levels allows the user to track the movement of the needle as notes are played. The display is suitable for both tuning and pitch adjustment. Quick mode allows users to quickly tune in a live environment. The Tone Generation function also supports continuous tones.

Accurate tuning of all instruments (strings, woodwinds, brass, plucked instruments, etc.) is achieved using advanced digital algorithms. Many tuners don’t handle bass or overtones very well, but KeyTuner solves this challenge using algorithms specifically designed for harmonic distribution. keyTuner uses the real-time behavior of multiple waveforms to detect vibrato and display it in a highlighted area around the pointer.

Features.

  • Accuracy of 0.1 tone cent (0.001 semitone)
  • Suitable for all instruments in the pitch range A0 to C8
  • Large display for easy reading and fine tuning
  • Efficient display for easy coarse tuning
  • Shortcut mode for easy adjustment
  • Color scheme: light, warm, dark
  • Three-stage pointer damping to control pointer response
  • Support for transposing instruments
  • Generate tones / sustains

In addition, there is also a pickup ambient light app “RGB Pickup Light” made by a domestic developer (original price $6, no internal purchase) and several games, such as “The Art of Piano”, a piano music story app, original price $45, eight built-in pieces, no internal purchase; the classic Little Fighter tank game “Tank Wars – Mini War”; the B-station B game “Untouchable Palms” (with insider purchases), and the reduced-price “Rebirth of the Cell” “Three Kingdoms of Han Dynasty”.

Google has announced five major feature improvements to Chrome for iOS that will focus on making Chrome on iPhone and iPad faster, more secure, and more personalized.

Chrome iOS

According to a post on the official Google blog, the next update to Chrome for iOS will include the following features.

Enhanced Secure Browsing: This is a feature that Google plans to bring to mobile devices with the desktop version of its browser. It provides greater security by protecting users from phishing, malware and other Web-related threats. Chrome will warn users of potentially harmful websites or login/password compromises.

Improved autofill: Like Microsoft Authenticator and Edge, Chrome users will be able to use the browser as the default password provider for websites and third-party applications.

Better homepage: Google says improvements to the homepage will make it easier to discover relevant content, access recent tabs, open bookmarks, reading lists, history, or frequently visited websites.

Enhanced translation: Chrome for iOS will leverage on-device machine learning to enable better website translation. An upcoming update will improve language recognition so the browser can more accurately detect the desired language and determine if it needs to translate it.

Chrome Actions: Another feature that has been brought down from desktop Chrome to mobile Chrome Actions will allow users to use natural language commands to get things done faster, such as “clear browsing data,” “open incognito tabs ” or “Set Chrome as default browser. A similar feature is already available in the desktop version of Microsoft Edge.

Chrome version 103 was recently released for iOS with improvements like privacy and new tabs, and Google promises to add “more innovation” to Chrome for iOS in the coming weeks.
