According to Fisker’s official statement, its product lineup will be expanded to 4 cars by the end of 2025, and all 4 cars have gradually surfaced so far. At the same time, Fisker CEO Henrik Fisker also hopes to expand the scale of his company to an annual production capacity of 1 million vehicles.

Among them, PEAR is positioned as a compact urban SUV, and the starting price is expected to be less than 30,000 US dollars. It will be built on a new lightweight and low-cost platform, with 15% fewer components. According to the plan, the company plans to produce the model at Foxconn’s Lordstown assembly plant in Ohio, which is expected to start production in mid-2025.

Ronin is a pure electric super GT four-door convertible sports car. Officials say that this new car has super fast speed and space for 5 passengers. It is expected to have a cruising range of up to 600 miles (about 965.61 kilometers). In terms of power, the car adopts a three-motor drive form, the maximum output power will exceed 1,000 horsepower, and the 0-96km/h acceleration time only takes 2 seconds.

The car is positioned as the flagship model in the Fisker product line and is expected to be launched in the United States by the end of 2025.

ALASKA is an electric pickup that looks futuristic and tough. The car is based on the Fisker Ocean and has a cargo bed at the rear of the cabin. The starting price of the car is expected to be 45,400 US dollars and the CEO also said that it is expected to go on sale in December 2024 at the earliest. In terms of power, the car offers two cruising options: the standard cruising range is 230 miles (approximately 370.15 kilometers), and the long-term cruising range can reach 340 miles (approximately 547.18 kilometers).

According to previous reports, Henrik Fisker, the founder, chairman and CEO of Fisker, the “new car-making force” in the United States, led a senior management team to China in June this year and visited Shanghai Lingang. group. Daniel Foa, a member of the Chinese board of directors of the Fisker brand, told Yicai Global that the brand’s first delivery center is expected to open in Shanghai.

Fisker chose to enter the Chinese market based on three aspects: first, the Chinese electric vehicle market has a huge space; There is high acceptance, and both government policy and consumer behavior are rapidly shifting to electrification.

Currently, there is only one model under the Fisker brand, the Ocean. The car will debut at the Los Angeles Auto Show in 2021, and the US market price range is 37,499 to 68,999 US dollars.

Fisker, the “new car maker” in the United States, has now announced a brand new electric car – Fisker Ronin.

According to reports, Fisker Ronin is a pure electric super GT four-door convertible sports car, and it is also a luxury touring car, which will be revealed on August 3!

The official said that the new car has super fast speed and space for 5 passengers, and is expected to have a cruising range of up to 600 miles.

Even before Fisker’s debut car, Fisker Ocean, hit the market, its plans to launch another model have hit the headlines. The company announced today, that Project Ronin, its third electric vehicle which is the Gran Tourer, would claim to break the record of the longest range delivered by an EV, currently held by Lucid Air, offering 520 miles as tested by the EPA. The name Ronin refers to the sedans that appear in the car chase featured in the 1998 movie Ronin.

Fisker Ronin specifications

To match the reference that it draws from the movie, the car will have active aerodynamics and employ lightweight materials. Ronin will have novel doors with improved ingress and egress. Only time will tell what form the apertures take. Fisker wrote that the car will sport “a luxurious, sustainable vegan interior that plots a new, advanced design direction.”

Fisker claims that it has innovatively incorporated the battery pack within the structure of the vehicle. The company, however, is not the first in this as such an experiment has already been tried out by Tesla in its new Model Y.

In terms of visual cues, the company did not have anything more than this to offer. This teaser image released by the company, however, reveals an electric sports car with enough room to accommodate four persons.

Fisker Ronin production, launch date

Full curtains would be raised on the car in August 2023, and its production would commence in the second half of 2024. Fisker’s second EV, the Fisker PEAR, for which the company started to take reservations just a few months back, would not enter production until 2024.

It does not sound great when a company announces yet another product when none of its products has been brought to the market. Fisker does carry a history of failure with the Fisker Karma and the battery technology debacle. Fans would certainly like to hear reviews and reliability of its first model, Ocean, when it hits the showrooms before they can really feel excited for Ronin.
