According to the introduction, this OTA upgrade includes intelligent power up and down, super iTAC (iTAC is called intelligent torque control system, for four-wheel-drive models), intelligent broadcasting, continuous dialogue, etc., and it will also be optimized for third-party applications such as Gaode map.

Among them, the super iTAC function requires users to go to the store for upgrading, while other functions can be upgraded directly through OTA.

The official did not disclose more details of the upgrade this time. Referring to previous OTAs for other BYD models, the Intelligent Power On/Off for the Frigate 07 brings more convenience for starting up and shutting down the car, while the Continuous Dialog for the Tang family allows for continuous listening to commands within 20 seconds of waking up.

In the September sales breakdown of BYD’s models released this month, the Corsair family (including Corsair Champion Edition and Corsair DM-i) achieved sales of 14,427 units in the month, totalling 68,574 units for the year.
