For the two Strix Point processors that appeared this time, the list did not mention specific details such as core configuration. It only stated that the default TDP of these two APUs is 28W, and also mentioned that they are Strix Point (1). Currently In B0 step, FP8 package.

Note: Phoenix (Ryzen 7040H/HS series) and Hawk Point (Ryzen 8040H/HS series) processors also have FP8 packages. The positioning of Strix Point processors will be slightly higher than these two processors. High-end graphics card market.

Foreign media Wccftech analyzed that the Strix Point (1) chip uses a traditional single-chip design, while the Strix Point (2) will be a Chiplet chip.

AMD showed information about the Strix Point chip at the AI PC Innovation Summit last week, confirming that it will be equipped with an RDNA3+ architecture core display and an XDNA2 architecture NPU and will be released within this year.

The two Fire Range processors that appeared this time have 8-core and 16-core configurations. They are replacement products of the current Dragon Range (Ryzen 7045HX series) processors. They are currently in the B0 step and have a 55W TDP. The core specifications of this series of processors are close to desktop processors and are expected to be released in the first half of next year.
