“Red Dead Redemption 2” has released version 1.31 update on PS4 / Xbox One / PC platform, and the PC version has added support for AMD FSR 2.0 super-resolution.

AMD FSR 2.0 is compatible with all AMD, Intel, and NVIDIA graphics cards that can run games, breaking through the limitation that DLSS requires RTX 20 series and above, benefiting old graphics cards, and devices that could not run smoothly before may also get a normal experience.

FSR is a scalable solution that is not limited to AMD hardware, supports a wide range of graphics cards and platforms, works on multiple operating systems and supports multiple APIs (DirectX 11, 12 and Vulkan). Developers do not need any special training or experience to use.

FSR 2.0 has four quality modes, namely Quality Priority Quality, Balanced Mode Balanced, Performance Priority Performance and Ultra-Performance, which reduce performance requirements in turn, but also reduce image quality in turn.
