Amazfit launched the GTR 4 watch in September 2022 and now the new Amazfit GTR 4 limited edition watch has been launched.

The Amazfit GTR 4 Limited Edition shares most of the specs and features with the standard model, but with a different design. The GTR 4 Limited Edition features a 1.43-inch curved AMOLED screen and has a crown made of 316L stainless steel with “Amazfit” engraved on it. The crown consists of buttons that also look different from the buttons on the regular model.

Like the crown, the middle frame of the Amazfit GTR 4 Limited Edition is also made of stainless steel, and the back panel is made of glass ceramic. The standard GTR 4, on the other hand, comes with an aluminum alloy frame and a high-gloss painted PC back panel.

Another design difference between the regular and limited edition GTR 4 is that the former is equipped with Viton, liquid silicone and leather nylon straps, while the latter only comes with a Viton strap, which is different from the Viton strap of the regular GTR 4. Both are 22mm wide, have a classic pin closure and are adjustable from 150-215mm in width.

The GTR 4 Limited Edition is also thicker (11.2mm vs. 10.6mm) and heavier (49g vs. 34g) than the standard model and supports wireless magnetic charging. Both versions have a built-in 475mAh battery that is claimed to take about 2 hours to fully charge and last up to 14 days with typical use, but the GTR 4 Limited Edition offers even more battery life in power saving mode (28 days vs 24 days), heavy usage scenarios (8 days vs. 7 days), precision GPS mode (28 hours vs. 25 hours), and battery-saving GPS mode (55 hours vs. 52 hours).

The Regular Edition offers higher battery life than the Limited Edition (44 hours vs. 42 hours) in Balanced GPS mode. However, both models claim up to 50 days of use in clock mode.

The Amazfit GTR 4 Limited Edition comes in a single infinite black color and is priced at $249.99 (50 dollars more expensive than the regular model).
