Rugged, smart, stylish, and sport-oriented are a few ways to describe the new Amazfit Falcon smartwatch. A few months ago we got the leak of this wearable device, although it bore a different name, Amazfit Vienna. This leak also brought to light the Amazfit T-Rex Pro 2 which became official a few months ago as well.

Asides from the looks or designs of the two watches in the leak, the Falcon smartwatch was to stand out as the more durable option. The leak clearly stated that it will launch with a new material, which turns out to be TC4 Titanium. This smartwatch is not only durable from scratches and cracks but also corrosion-resistant, let’s take a look at its specifications and features.

Starting from its screen size, this new smartwatch measures 1.28-inches and flaunts an AMOLED screen display. The screen is also anti-fingerprint and touch-responsive, so operating the smartwatch is done by interacting with the display. It comes with a 500mAh battery capacity that the manufacturer says will last users 14 days of typical usage on a single charge.

Just like all other smartwatches, the new Falcon comes with some health and sport features for usage. Some health features include heart rate monitoring, blood oxygen level measurement (thanks to the BioTracker 3.0 PPG sensor), sleep tracking, and stress measurement. There are over 150 sports modes available on this wearable device, with an always-on display while working out for easy access to screen data. Also, the company adds training templates for 11 different sporting modes via their Zepp application.

The fact that this smartwatch is built from Titanium and offers dual-band GPS tracking makes it a perfect companion for outdoor workouts or sports activities. It also holds the MIL-STD 810G certification for its durability keeping it safe even under various climate conditions. In addition to its durability features, this smartwatch is 20 ATM water-resistance so taking a deep plunge into the blue deep with it isn’t a problem.

There are also a ton of health and fitness features this watch holds that are accessible via the Zepp application on iOS and Android. The watch faces are subject to customizations via the application, users can as well monitor their sleep and workout performance. Devices that this smartwatch supports will run on any operating system above Android 7 or iOS 12.0.
