]]> Financial data shows that PC brand major Acer posted December 2022 revenue of NT$22.892 billion (about CNY5.082 billion), up 21.1 percent sequentially and down 22.9 percent year-over-year.

In the fourth quarter, Acer reported consolidated revenue of NT$59.848 billion (approximately RMB13.286 billion), down 7.8% sequentially and 30.8% year-over-year.

Acer’s 2022 consolidated revenue was NT$275.430 billion (approximately RMB61.145 billion), down 13.7 percent year-over-year, due to the overall downturn in the PC industry.

Acer said that despite the sluggish demand in the PC market, the company’s Vero product line, made from recycled materials, continued to be well received, with fourth-quarter revenue up 41.3 percent sequentially, and revenue from non-PC and display businesses contributing 26.3 percent of total revenue in the fourth quarter and 11.9 percent in 2022, contributing 21.7 percent of full-year revenue.
