]]> Mediaworkstations recently upgraded the a-X2P mobile workstation, the new model is equipped with two AMD EPYC 9654 processors, providing a total of 192 cores and 384 threads, and is equipped with 3TB of DDR5 memory.

The a-X2P is classified as a notebook, but no longer has much to do with portability. a-X2P measures 16.35 x 24.6 x 10.6 inches, compared to its predecessor’s 15.10 x 23.10 x 9.03 inches. The upgraded weight also rose from 45 pounds to 55 pounds, 13% heavier.

The report that the new a-X2P mobile workstation offers 24 DDR5 slots, each supporting up to 256GB of DDR5-4800 3DS RDIMM, providing up to 3TB of memory.

The a-X2P can be configured with up to 6 external screens, and no specific pricing information has been announced.
