The System76 team recently teased a laptop project code-named Virgo, built out of aluminum, with the goal of making it the least noisy, highest-performing Linux laptop.

In his latest tweet, System76 CEO Carl Richell showcased various heat pipes used in research and development in advancing the Virgo project. He said that by optimizing the internal structure of the notebook and rationally adjusting the heat dissipation optimization, the heat generated by components such as the CPU can be discharged faster without producing too much noise.
