Microsoft recently updated the SwiftKey input method for Android, allowing users to open the Settings app, move and hide the Bing (Bing Hub) option on the toolbar.
Official Microsoft tweet as follows:
We've listened to user feedback and updated the SwiftKey input method app on the Google Play Store. Users can now adjust the position of the Bing button on the toolbar.
This feature is currently limited to SwiftKey for Android and should be added to SwiftKey for iOS in a later update.
Microsoft released the SwiftKey 3.0.1 update for iPhone and Android phones in mid-April, inviting more users to experience the Bing Chat feature.
This 3.0.1 release integrates three main features: Chat, Search and Tone:
Chat: interact with Bing mainly in the form of chat.
Search: Quickly search the web through the input method application without switching applications.
Tone: Use AI to customize your messages to communicate more effectively.
