Valve is continuing to optimize the gaming experience available to Steam platform players. In the latest beta version of the client, support for the NS console Joy-Con handle has been added. In the latest community document released on August 4, Valve announced that the Steam beta version already allows players to use the Nintendo Joy-Con joystick for control, and supports pairing and separate use as a small joystick alone.
On June 17, Steam already supports the Nintendo Online Classic Series handles, including the N64, FC, SFC and Sega MD series handles, and is still being optimized. Although the update file is small, this greatly extends Steam’s handle support and provides a whole new way to play.
