Spider-Man 2 game: compatible with variable refresh rate and standard ray tracing

Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 is one of the most anticipated games this year. Earlier today the official emphasized that “thanks to the SSD speed of the PS5 game console, the game can achieve “Sensorless character switching”, and the official also announced the technical details of the game’s graphics.

It is reported that in an interview with IGN, technical director Mike Fitzgerald confirmed that “Marvel’s Spider-Man 2” will support 30, 40 and 60 frames per second frame rates, and is compatible with a variable refresh rate (VRR) displays and 120 Hz.

The game dynamically adjusts resolution based on player preference and uses the TAA anti-aliasing solution for better graphics.

In addition, unlike the previous “Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales” and “Marvel’s Spider-Man HD Remastered Edition”, the ray tracing mode of “Marvel’s Spider-Man 2” has become standard, in performance mode and In image quality mode, the game will enable ray tracing options.
