The first-party DLC for Sony’s Horizon: West of Extinction, “Scorching Shores,” went live yesterday (on PS5 only), sending Eloi on a new adventure to Los Angeles.
According to the official update, with the arrival of the new DLC, Forza Horizon: West of Extinction has received patch 1.21, which adds a “Deep Sea Phobia” mode to address the deep sea phobia that has plagued some players.
According to reports, when players turn on the “Oceanophobia” mode, they will have significantly better visibility when going underwater, and their characters will be able to breathe infinitely while underwater.
At the same time, other accessibility improvements have been made to the game:
- Enlarged subtitles
- Colour-blind mode option
- Auto-pickup
- Auto-view
- Navigation services in focus mode
The DLC for Horizon: West of Extinction, “The Scorching Shore”, is now available for Sony PS5 on the PlayStation Store for HK$148.
