Sony Jingdong flagship store shows that the Xperia 5 IV has been on the shelves to accept reservations, the machine will be officially released in October, but the price is unknown. This is a small screen flagship, its screen size is only 6.1 inches, and the body width is only 67mm, smaller than the Xiaomi 12S and Samsung Galaxy S22 width is smaller, with one-handed operation without pressure.

In terms of core configuration, the Sony Xperia 5 IV features an OLED HDR screen, Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 flagship processor with 8GB of RAM, 256GB of storage, three 12MP cameras on the rear, a 5000mAh battery, 30W wired fast charging support, wireless charging support, no charger standard, and IP68 rated dust and water resistance.
In addition, the Sony Xperia 5 IV supports 360 Pro Audio and Hi-Res high-resolution audio playback, either with wired or wireless headphones, providing superior sound quality through a 3.5mm audio jack or wireless connection. Based on DSEE Ultimate and LDAC technologies, users can enjoy high-resolution streaming content.
It is worth noting that the Xperia 5 IV exclusive charger and cable will be sold separately and is not standard with the phone. Previously on the Xperia 1 IV, Sony did not include a charger and data cable as standard, and officials said that the charger and USB data cable will not be included in the box for energy saving and environmental reasons.
