Sony PS5 is getting more cool custom panels in amazing colours. The PS5 hit the market in the month of November 2020, since then it has got massive love from PlayStation fans around the globe. Originally, this gaming console from Sony came in only white, which is a dealbreaker for most people.
To solve the panel issue, companies like dbrand started designing and selling custom panels for the Sony PS5. It was possible for dbrand to this because the PS5’s panels can be easily removed and replaced. But, this action from dbrand almost got them into a lawsuit with Sony.
To tackle the need for more interesting colours for the custom panels, PlayStation set off to add new colours to its collection and make them available to the public. An announcement given by the company in January ushered in the launch of two new custom panel colours, the colours were midnight black and cosmic red. Now, new colours will join the already available panels colours that are already available.
The new colours for the custom panels and controllers are Starlight Blue, Galactic Purple, and Nova Pink. These new additions will be available for purchase in about a month. They will sell on the online Sony PlayStation store in chosen locations for $55.
Applying these colour panels to the Sony PS5 will be easy since the original panels are removable. Once a user buys any of the new panels, they simply take off the original white panel and snap on the new and flashy galaxy inspired panel. Dual-sense controllers in the aforementioned colours will also be available for purchase on the PlayStation store.
