A few days ago, there is feedback that in the Tesla Model 3 and Model Y models produced before June 2022, the air conditioning condensation pipe vibrates for a long time at high temperatures, which may cause the discharge pipe to break, so a support bracket needs to be installed between the low-pressure pipe and high-pressure pipe to play a protective role.

In this regard, AutoZone asked Tesla’s customer service center for confirmation, and the other party confirmed that the problem exists, but the problem is limited to some models of the 2021 Tesla Model 3 and Model Y. The problem is caused by a missing support bracket between the low-pressure and high-pressure air conditioning pipes.

This batch of models is missing the support bracket between the low-pressure pipe and high-pressure pipe of the air conditioner, resulting in the problem of strange noise when the air conditioner is running at high air volume. Currently, the Tesla customer service center will provide free replacement service for these owners.

At the same time, customer service also said that other batches of models, because the car has been installed with this support bracket, so there is no related problems, this problem only in some batches of domestic models, the specific batch of owners need to call customer service for advice.
